Contact Lenses

Contacts are a great alternative to glasses!Come visit Fairfield Eyecare for all of your contact lens needs. Our optician is also a licensed contact lens specialist, which means that you can feel more comfortable and secure throughout your appointment and subsequent follow-ups. If you've never worn contact lenses before, or have but would like to switch brands, trial lenses will be used until the perfect lens for you is found; only at this time will a full order be placed!

Call us for an appointment to have some contact lenses fitted, especially if you've never worn them before. Contact lenses should never be worn without being fitted first! This is because contact lenses sit directly on the surface of the eye. As human beings, we are all shaped differently, and this of course includes our eyes! Two people with the exact same contact lens prescription might not be wearing the same brand of contact lenses due to these differences, as well as their individual needs.

If you are a first-time contact lens wearer, don't worry! Our experienced staff will help you every step of the way and make you comfortable with the entire contact lens process!

Once your fitting is done and we've chosen the most comfortable contact lens for you, re-order is easy. Simply give us a call, or stop by for a visit, and we will place your order that day. You'll receive a phone call as soon as your contact lenses are in. Live out of town? We'll ship them to you!

Did you know? People who wear progressive-lens eyeglasses can also wear contact lenses, thanks to the technology of multifocal contact lenses! These contact lenses have all three powers (just like progressive lenses) and enable the wearer to see distance, computer, and reading, with all of the conveniences that come with wearing contacts!

Single-vision, toric/astigmatism, multifocal or monovision lenses... daily, bi-weekly, or monthly lenses...  whatever your requirements, we here at Fairfield Eyecare are here to help!
